bpok Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "bpok" refers to the online gambling platform operated at https://bpok.io, including all associated services, software, games, and features accessible through that domain.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the bpok platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the bpok registration process.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's bpok Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or similar incentive credited to a Player's Account by bpok as part of a marketing or promotional campaign.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other approved payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Services" means all gambling products offered by bpok, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any future product additions.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile web application, and any native application through which bpok Services are delivered.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the ৳ symbol.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing or using bpok in any manner, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the bpok Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bpok with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral.

2.3 bpok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. Where changes are material, bpok will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on record.

2.4 If you are accessing bpok on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms. In the absence of such authority, you accept these Terms in your personal capacity and acknowledge personal liability for all activity conducted through your Account.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Services. bpok enforces a strict minimum age policy. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. 21+ Only

3.2 Jurisdiction. The bpok Platform is operated and marketed primarily for adult players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before placing any wager. bpok makes no representations regarding the legality of its Services in any particular location outside the markets it serves.

3.3 Single Account. You are permitted to hold only one registered Account on bpok. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of bpok or its affiliated entities; (b) immediate family members of such persons; (c) individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from bpok or any affiliated gambling service; (d) individuals who have been identified as problem gamblers by bpok's responsible gaming team and notified accordingly.

3.5 Identity Verification. bpok reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bpok may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration

4.1 To access the full range of bpok Services, you must complete the registration process on the bpok Platform. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

4.2 You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and not misleading. bpok may, at its sole discretion, reject any application where it suspects the information provided is false, incomplete, or duplicates an existing Account.

4.3 You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. In the event that any registration details change — including your mobile number linked to bKash or Nagad — you must update your Account profile promptly or contact bpok support.

4.4 bpok reserves the right to implement multi-stage Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in line with applicable financial compliance standards. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request made by bpok.

5 Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your bpok login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) delivered to your registered mobile number via SMS.

5.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility. bpok shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

5.3 In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify bpok support immediately at [email protected]. bpok will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending investigation.

5.4 bpok employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections. Optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to your registered Bangladesh mobile number is available and strongly encouraged. However, no security system is infallible and bpok does not guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on bpok are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied by bpok.

6.2 Approved Payment Methods. bpok currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where applicable. bpok reserves the right to add, remove, or modify approved payment methods at any time.

6.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account and may be subject to a processing delay or return.

6.4 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your bpok Account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation on the payment provider's end. bpok is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's network or system downtime.

6.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible to withdraw funds, you must have: (a) completed identity verification to bpok's satisfaction; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit; (c) met any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds; and (d) not triggered any fraud or prohibited conduct flags.

6.6 Withdrawal Processing Time. Approved withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within one to two hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or requiring additional verification may take up to 24 hours.

6.7 Transaction Limits. bpok reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits on individual Accounts. Any applicable limits will be communicated to the Player via their Account settings or by the support team.

6.8 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and belong to you personally. bpok may request evidence of source of funds in line with applicable compliance obligations.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 bpok may, from time to time, offer Bonus Funds, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general provisions of this Section 7.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time the offer is presented.

7.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the bpok Platform may contribute equally to the wagering requirement. The contribution percentage of each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated free spins or free bets that are not used within the time period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically. bpok is not obligated to provide notice of imminent bonus expiry.

7.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate Accounts or shared payment credentials will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.

7.6 bpok reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time and without prior notice. bpok also reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any Bonus Funds where it reasonably suspects that they have been obtained or exploited in violation of these Terms.

8 Gameplay Rules

8.1 All games offered on the bpok Platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules applicable to each individual game are governed by the relevant game provider's terms, which are available within each game's interface.

8.2 bpok does not control the Random Number Generator (RNG) or game logic of third-party games. All game outcomes are determined by the respective provider's certified RNG systems, which are independently audited for fairness.

8.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the records held in bpok's and the game provider's server logs shall be the definitive source of truth. Where a discrepancy exists between the Player's device display and server logs, the server log record shall prevail.

8.4 bpok reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed on the basis of a technical error, including but not limited to incorrect odds display, game malfunction, or software defect. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

8.5 Sports Betting. In-play and pre-match betting markets are subject to their own market-specific rules published in the sportsbook section. For cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, specific market settlement rules apply and are available within the relevant market view.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bpok Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game, bet, or Platform feature in a manner that provides an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players to fix the outcome of any game or market;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain financial advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to clawback;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including but not limited to depositing funds with no genuine intention to gamble;
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law;
• Engaging in matched betting strategies using Bonus Funds in a manner that eliminates risk and is designed solely to extract bonus value rather than to participate in genuine gambling activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bpok staff or other Players via any communication channel.

9.2 bpok employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. If bpok reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, it may suspend the Account pending investigation, withhold withdrawals, void bets, and ultimately close the Account.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the bpok Platform, including but not limited to the bpok brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of bpok or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bpok content without prior written consent.

10.3 Any unauthorised use of bpok intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 The bpok Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bpok makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its Services.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpok shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill; (c) any interruption or cessation of service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or events beyond bpok's reasonable control; (d) any actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.

11.3 bpok's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bpok's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

12.1 bpok is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment. We actively encourage all Players to set personal limits and to recognise the signs of problematic gambling behaviour early.

12.2 bpok provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible free of charge from within your Account settings: (a) daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; (b) session time reminders and automatic session time limits; (c) reality checks that notify you of time elapsed during a gaming session; (d) cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days; (e) voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 12 months, or permanently.

12.3 Players who activate self-exclusion will have their Account suspended for the elected period. During self-exclusion, bpok will make reasonable efforts to prevent the Player from opening a new Account. Any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Player's registered payment method upon request and verification.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting bpok support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any pending fraud investigations.

13.2 Termination by bpok. bpok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) bpok suspects fraud, prohibited conduct, or money laundering; (c) you provide false information during registration or verification; (d) continued operation of your Account would expose bpok to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; (e) you are found to be under the minimum age of 21.

13.3 Upon termination by bpok for cause, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds shall be forfeited. Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation and, where permitted by applicable law, may be forfeited if the termination is a consequence of fraudulent or criminal conduct.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 bpok reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

14.2 For material changes, bpok will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bpok operates as a safe and reliable platform with SSL encryption and fair-play certification. No specific regulatory approval from any Bangladeshi government body is claimed herein.

15.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the bpok Platform or these Terms, bpok encourages Players to first contact the support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. bpok will investigate all complaints in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

15.3 bpok's complaints procedure is as follows: (a) submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint"; (b) include your Account username, the date of the relevant event, and a clear description of the issue; (c) bpok will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
